This digital library is dedicated to the memory and legacy of Earl Arthur, whose tireless commitment to justice, service, and community service in Trinidad and Tobago has inspired generations of law enforcement practicioners.

Throughout his distinguished career which began in 1983, Earl Arthur championed community relations through the Tobago Cricket Association and police investigations though the Criminal Investigations Department (CID), believing that knowledge of the law is fundamental to a just society.
